岗位职责：
1.推进持续改善，达成公司年度费用节省目标：结合计划所排产品线及其订单量，通过动作分析、时间研究、产线平衡率分析等手法对生产线进行持续简化、合并、删除、重排改善优化，并通过公司自动化项目的推进从而达到提升产能、降低人力，降低工时和成本的目的。
2.产能评估，资源优化，持续改善生产效率，协助解决生产异常情况，并提出有效预防改善方案；。
3.负责车间Layout设计和改善及产品平衡率的设计。
4.负责重点机型cost down改善项目。
5.利用先进的IE工具进行新产品报价工时预估及标准工时库建立与维护。
6.产线效率分析及制程改进。
7. 负责生产流程标准化方案制定和优化。
8.作业指导书的编写、耗材辅料用量评估、工艺流程编写、PFMEA编写。
9.生产车间产能负荷及人力需求评估；进行动作效率分析与改善，运用动作经济原理提高效率；
10.设计与改进操作方法、现场布置、工位器具等生产辅助手段，治夹具设计，效率产能提升及JIT改善；
11.负责效率提升专案的推展，自动化专案的导入。
12.负责产品返工工艺流程及SOP制定。
13.依据PMC制定的生产计划，提前对工程IE事项进行人、机、料、法、环等风险点排查，确保生产计划目标达成。
14.完成上级交办的其他任务事项。
任职资格:：
1、大专及以上学历，工业工程及机电一体化相关专业。
2、具有电子产品相关经验3年以上。
3、熟悉精益生产、价值工程等IE技术，有SMT-DIP-成品组装经验优先考虑；
4、具有较强的主导能力、沟通与协调能力，有较强的责任心。
5、熟悉使用2D/3D绘图软件。
6、具有生产成本控制、专案改善工作经验，能熟练运用IE技术进行现场改善。
