一、岗位职责：
1、电机设计与开发：负责电机选型、设计、开发与优化，性能仿真及制定电机技术参数，确保符合产品需求；
2、测试与验证：主导电机性能测试（如、噪音、振动、温升、寿命等），分析测试数据解决电机运行中的异常问题，确保电机符合标准及家电能效要求；
3、跨部门协作：与电子工程师协作确保电机与控制系统（如PCB、传感器）的匹配性；

二、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电机工程、电气工程、机械电子、自动化等相关专业；熟练使用KISSsoft软件。
2、5年以上蜗轮蜗杆设计经验，熟练使用电机设计软件及仿真工具；熟悉电机生产工艺及材料选型；具备良好的问题解决能力，能独立完成DFMFA分析；
3、具有良好的职业素养，具有较强的技术研发能力和沟通协作能力；
4、有家电产品电机开发经验熟悉IOT电机的低功耗设计活无限控制方案优先。
