1、开拓合作资源，寻找小红书、抖音、视频号、快手等新媒体平台具有真实流量的koc/kol，判断数据、分析合作可行性，并跟进落实，谈判价格；
2、内容创作&审核：能独立创作文案和脚本，对达人制作的内容进行把关审核、文案脚本优化，并跟进推广执行效果；
3、挖掘卖点：对产品和用户有一定洞察力，挖据用户需求，提炼产品卖点，优化brief投放内容，打造爆文；
4、复盘优化：以电商销量访问量转化率为结果，对已投放内容效果进行复盘总结，测试出不同达人和内容的转化率，并改进优化，制定并执行下一步的投放计划；
5、关系维护：对优质达人进行关系维护，降低投放成本提升推广效果，长期深度合作；
6、资源库搭建：建立达人合作资源库，了解每个达人的内容生产特点和数据特征，对达人进行分层，推进后续合作。
岗位要求:
1、2-3年及以上相关工作经验，有达人资源；
2、有真实数据案例，有持续的爆文经验；
3、了解小红书/抖音/视频号/快手等平台等规则和动态，让投放内容有效曝光。
