工作内容：
1、负责产品的PCB layout设计以及优化；
2、制作和维护PCB标准库；
3、输出Gerber文件；
4、与PCB板厂、SMT焊接厂沟通，处理生产问题；

技能要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子类相关专业毕业，熟练掌握基本的电路原理知识；
2、5年及以上layout设计经验，具有10层以上layout经验，熟练使用allegro，CAM350等EDA工具进行PCB设计；
3、熟悉阻抗控制、层叠设计、布线规则，电源平面分割等；
4、对电源完整性，信号完整性，EMI有一定认识；
5、具有PCIE5.0，DDR4/DDR5/LPDDR5，56Gbps Serdes等高速信号以及大功率板卡的layout设计经验；
6、有服务器，高速通信设备结构设计经验者更佳，熟悉各种特殊工艺*佳；
7、具有良好的语言表达能力以及文档写作能力，英文能力优秀者更佳；
8、善于沟通，积极主动，有责任心，有良好的团队合作意识。
