岗位职责：
1、主导ITIL等实践在团队中落地，并执行IT运维规范与流程，包括数据备份策略、系统巡检计划、应急处理预案等，降低IT系统运行风险
2、负责办公场地的IT网络及系统建设、运维管理和用户服务，确保IT基础设施稳定安全高效运行，并对所辖区域IT服务满意度负责
3、承担IT Marketing的职责，挖掘业务有价值的机会点，提供IT解决方案及IT服务，支撑业务效率和办公效率提升
岗位要求：
本科及以上；信息技术、网络工程、网络安全；5年以上工作经验
专业知识：
1、熟悉园区网/广域网/数据中心/云服务等领域知识；
2、熟悉网络安全攻防技术和工具、常见Web/系统安全漏洞及原理；
3、熟悉办公装备/工具，具有WINDOWS、LINUIX操作系统的维护、管理技能
4、有网络、系统和安全相关认证者优先
5、良好需求理解能力、沟通能力、团队合作精神和承压；
关键技能：IT故障处理能力、网络安全攻防技能、数据容灾备份维护能力
