2、精通 Python 语言，熟练使用 Django、FastAPI 等主流 Web 框架；
3、熟悉 MySQL，了解 NoSQL 数据库产品例如 Redis、MongoDB，了解消息队列系统如 Kafka、RabbitMQ 等，熟悉数据库结构设计和性能调优；
4、熟悉 Docker Compose 及 Kubernetes 等主流容器技术；
5、熟悉 Linux、Nginx，掌握云服务器的搭建、使用与维护；
6、有独立搭建、维护后端项目经验。（由0到1成功上线项目）；
7、了解 Scrapy、Fiddler、Frida 等爬虫工具，有逆向经验更佳；
8、熟悉 Web 3 行业，有智能合约开发经验者优先；
9、有开源社区相关经验者或项目杰出贡献者优先，个人技术博客等可附上地址。
