职位描述:
1)配合产品经理制定特效方案，设计制作各类Unity3D场景、环境、角色和UI特效、2D特效;
2)根据产品主题和背景，确定特效风格，协同交互设计师，程序完成项目开发工作;
3)熟悉Unity粒子系统，能够使用Unity粒子系统、动画系统，贴图动画等完成各类特效的开发工作，熟悉ShaderGragh和VFXGraph;
任职条件:
4)熟练使用Unity引擎，尤其是特效相关模块，并对shader有一定了解。能够使用AE、Maya、Max、Houdini等主流软件制作特效;
5)有一定的3d基础，可以制作特效中的一些简单建模，熟练掌握ps;
6)了解Unity的性能优化知识，在实现效果的同时控制渲染消耗，降低特效对整体效能带来的性能影响;
7)想象力丰富，良好的视觉审美能力，有一定的创新能力，善于学习，能适应工作压力不断提高自身技术水平;
8)良好团队开发的意识，良好的多人协同工作经验;9)有过往完整2D、3D特效作品的经历，2年以上Unity特效工作经验者优先考虑;
