岗位职责：
1)安全管理体系（SMS）建设与维护，主导DOA中的安全管理要素建设与持续运行，确保符合CCAR-21关于DOA安全管理要求；
2)参与制定并维护本公司的安全政策与安全目标，推动机构内安全文化的培育与落地；
3)建立并维护本公司风险登记册，组织定期的风险评审会议，确保设计相关的危险源得到持续识别、评估和控制；
4)建立安全事件自愿报告机制，收集、分析设计相关事件数据，识别趋势，驱动持续改进；
5)制定并监控本公司的安全绩效指标，开展安全绩效评审，向管理层和适航当局报告安全绩效状况
6)在供应商合作协议中明确安全管理要求，制定安全管理协调程序，确保供应商的安全活动与本公司的SMS有效衔接；
7)参与编写与安全管理相关的适航符合性文件，支撑DOA申请过程中局方对安全管理的审查。
8)策划并组织实施设计机构内部的安全管理培训，持续推动本公司的安全意识文化建设，提升全员安全参与度。
任职要求：
1)具备航空工程、航空安全管理、安全工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2)拥有至少3年以上的航空安全管理经验，具备在民用航空产品设计、制造或运行单位担任安全管理相关职务的实操背景；
3)熟悉CCAR-398适航法规及ICAO9859等民航安全管理文件；
4)熟悉安全管理体系的四大支柱（安全政策与目标、安全风险管理、安全保证、安全促进）的落地实践；
5)具备极强的危险源识别、定性/定量风险评估能力，熟悉风险矩阵、SHELL模型、REASON模型等分析工具。
