工作职责：
1. 负责公司生产制程的品质管理工作。
2. 生产过程中的品质管控：生产装配、测试及包装过程标准执行情况监督，生产过程发生异常的确认、处理及分析，提供改进方案，生产中各工站的潜在风险的分析及跟进，制造过程相关质量问题的客户品质对应，生产现场不良品处理状态的监管各检工程检查及生产部的数据报表分析，推进品质改善活动，检验及生产数据报表分析和报告等;
3. 工厂内部检验标准的制定及体系流程更新修正；
4. 工程变更落实跟进及改善点的效果确认;
5. 负责部内外及上下沟通及参加品质会议;
6. 其他主要职责还包括：生产线认证，产品可靠性测试及安规认证审核等;
7.负责实施并优化ESD防护体系;
8.定期对现场进行检查并组织改进确保现场ESD防护的有效落实
9.制作ESD相关培训教程并定期对有关人员进行培训

任职资格：
1. 电子或机械相关专业学士学位以上，5年以上品质管理经验，担任过部门经理或主管；
2. 熟悉电子产品组装及测试工艺流程及、质量标准、检验手段、安全生产等相关要求。
3. 熟悉ISO9001的要求；电子产品、机械加工、五金产品相关知识；及8D、FMEA、SPC、PDCA等工具使用；了解ERP、EMS系统的使用。
4. 具备良好的语言表达、沟通协调、团队组建管理、分析统计、缺陷管理、解决问题以及ISO9001质量的体系维护能力，能够不断学习及具有客户服务意识。
5.熟悉ESD体系标准，了解防静电材料的组成及防护原理。
6. 熟练使用电脑和日常办公软件。
