任职要求：
1、生物药研发/生产企业5年以上QA工作经验，两年以上质量团队管理经验。
2、熟悉药品生产/研发质量管理的法规和指南的要求，可以熟练的应用质量分析工具和风险管理工具。
3、熟悉生物药工艺流程和无菌保证要求，熟悉药品研发流程，具备变更、偏差和异常事件的处理能力，能独立对事件的GMP符合性进行判断。
4、本科及以上学历，药学、制药工程、生物技术等相关专业。
5、具有良好的沟通协调能力、分析判断能力、风险管控意识及团队合作精神。
6、学习能力强，工作细致认真，积极性高，执行力和抗压能力强。
