3、推动整改与闭环：针对审计及内控发现的重大问题，跨部门协调资源，推动业务部。
4、业务洞察与支持：深入洞察所处行业及公司业务模式，从风险防范和效率提升的角度，提升团队整体的审计战斗力与业务理解力，为管理层提供有价值的商业洞察和决策支持。
任职资格：
1、硕士及以上学历，财务、会计、审计、金融、经济或管理类相关专业；
2、5年以上审计、内控、财务或合规相关工作经验；具有“四大”会计师事务所工作背景者优先考虑；具备内控审计、企业管理审计、风险管理审计能力；
3、优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、抗压能力和冲突管理能力；
4、具备优秀的职业操守、原则性与保密意识；具备强烈的自驱力和进取心。
