岗位要求：
一、安全管理
1、建立健全公司安全、环保、职业健康管理体系和各项管理制度，建立管控预案并保障有效执行；
2、组织制定公司年度安全生产目标和计划，安全培训计划、应急演练计划，并监督实施；
3、组织开展安全生产教育培训、应急演练、安全生产日常检查等；
4、组织开展安全生产标准化建设、达标推进工作，组织开展安全生产管理体系认证工作，取得标准化、体系认证证书；
5、督促落实新建项目“三同时”验收工作，负责参加安全、环保、职业健康评价的评审工作；
6、开展合规性评价，组织各部门开展安全环保等风险评价、危险有害因素辨识工作，并对重大危险源管控重点进行监管，制定管控预案；
7、组织或参与公司事故事件的调查和处理，负责事故隐患整改的监督检查。
二、环保管理
1、建立健全环保管理台账，落实危废处置协议签订；
2、负责公司年度危废处置的申报，危废的处置；
3、负责公司环保工作指导与检查。
三、消防管理
1、建立健全消防安全管理台账，定期开展消防设施、器械安全检查；
2、对接消防维保部门，负责公司各类消防设施的维护和检测。
四、特种设备管理
建立健全特种设备安全管理台账，定期组织开展特种设备专项检查；负责特种设备及其附件的年度检测工作。
五、职业健康管理
1、落实职业危害管理，组织职业危害岗位员工进行健康体检并建立管理档案；
2、负责组织开展作业场所职业危害因素检测工作；
3、负责督查检查职业危害岗位，员工劳保用品的发放和佩戴情况。
六、门卫管理
负责落实各类人员、车辆、物品进出厂区管控，制定相关管理制度，组织开展厂区防火防盗防汛等安全工作巡检。
任职要求：
环境工程、安全工程相关专业，有2-3年锂电行业EHS相关工作经验，具备三同时验收经验
