岗位职责：
1.生产计划编制与调整
制定季度、月度、周生产计划，合理安排生产任务与排序，跟进生产进度及异常处理，并根据产能负荷变化及时调整计划。
2.物料需求与库存管理
编制物料需求表并提采购申请，维护BOM版本，监控物料进度与损耗，制定原料及PACK物料安全库存标准。
3.订单评审与交付跟进
接收并评审客户订单，确认交期与产能匹配，跟踪订单执行全过程，确保按期交付。
4.跨部门协调与产能分析
协调生产、采购、仓储等部门工作进度，优化工序衔接，定期分析产能、合格率及设备运行状况。
5.生产数据与报表管理
收集并统计生产数据，通过报表反馈计划执行情况，支持管理层决策。
6.出货与物流跟进
管理成品出货计划及运输安排，确保物流环节顺畅。
7.系统与流程维护
配合MES下达与管理工单，处理ERP成品账务，维护公司相关程序文件及操作指引。
8.风险管控与策略制定
评估物料供应风险，制定应对方案，降低因供应波动造成的生产影响。
任职要求
1.学历与专业:大专及以上学历，电子信息类、工商管理类相关专业优先。
2.工作经验:2年以上锂电池生产企业计划调度或相关岗位经验。
3.专业技能:熟练使用办公软件及ERP系统，具备较强数据分析与逻辑思维能力。
4.沟通与协作:善于跨部门沟通，能够高效推动生产、采购、仓储等环节的协调。
5.抗压与执行:能在高压环境下稳定工作，具备良好的计划执行与问题解决能力。
6.语言能力:英语CET-4及以上，可阅读技术资料与邮件。
7.个人素质:细致严谨，责任心强，关注细节，能持续优化工作流程。
