【岗位职责】
1.负责玩具新产品导入（NPI），参与产品结构与工艺评审，评估拼插精度、装配可行性及量产风险。
2.运用 IE 手法与精益生产理念，做好产能规划、SOP 作业指导书、工艺流程图，优化产线布局与工位线平衡，提升生产效率；主导试产跟进，处理注塑、装配、包装等工艺异常，分析不良原因并推动改善，降低损耗与不良率。
3.协同研发、品质、生产等部门，解决量产过程中的技术、效率、质量问题。
【岗位要求】
1.大专及以上学历，工业工程、机械、模具、塑胶工艺等相关专业优先。
2.有1 年以上 PIE/PE/IE 工作经验，有积木、塑胶玩具、电动玩具、注塑装配行业经验优先。
3.熟悉线平衡、SOP 编制、产线改善，能看懂 2D/3D 工程图纸，具备现场问题分析、异常处理与改善推动能力。
4.工作认真负责，执行力强，能适应车间现场工作，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
