5、熟悉GSM/LTE/5G网络架构及基站关键指标（如流量、连接数、掉话率、切换成功率、RSRP、SINR等）者优先。
6、工作积极主动，良好的自我管理能力、逻辑思维、沟通协调执行力，学习能力强，愿意接受挑战，能在压力下保持工作状态。
