3、具备一定的问题分析与解决能力，良好的沟通协作与责任心；对AI领域有浓厚兴趣，具备持续学习能力与清晰的逻辑思维、文档撰写能力。
4、加分项：有Agent开发经验；有开源项目贡献、技术博客或竞赛获奖经历者优先，具备创新意识与抗压能力。
