精密机构设计：负责载荷自动脱钩、抛投、喷射等复杂执行机构的精密设计，确保在恶劣环境（高温、震动）下的零故障执行。
规范化交付：严格执行 DFM/DFA，产出高标准的 2D/3D 图纸、BOM 及工程变更文档，拒绝低级设计错误。
任职要求：
学历： 985/211 机械工程、精密仪器等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
背景： 5 年以上知名硬件公司（如大疆、海康、华为）研发经验，主导过至少 2 款成熟的挂载产品或机器人终端。
核心技能：精通 Creo/SolidWorks/UG 及其仿真模块；掌握科学的公差分析方法，熟悉航空铝、高性能复合材料的加工工艺。
素养：具备科班出身的工程思维，推崇“先仿真论证，后打样测试”，严禁在未经验证的情况下盲目投板。
