岗位职责
1. 设计、编码、测试和调试Java应用程序，确保应用程序的高质量和可靠性
2. 参与制定和设计系统架构与数据库表设计，确保系统的可扩展性和灵活性 3. 理解并分析客户提出的项目需求，完成客户交待的任务，确保开发的功能可以满足业务和用户要求
4. 独立完成小型项目中后端服务功能或大中型项目中某一模块的Java代码实现工作
5. 撰写清晰明了的技术文档，包括代码注释、接口文档、用户手册、部署手册等
6. 与其他团队成员协作，参与团队分工，共同推动项目进展

任职条件
1. 3-5年及以上Java开发经验
2. 掌握IO、多线程、集合等基础知识
3. 熟练使用SpringBoot，SpringCloud(Alibaba)，MyBatis-Plus等主流开发框架，熟悉Nacos、Dubbo/OpenFeign等微服务架构体系常用开发组件
4. 熟练使用PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle中的一种，熟悉Kafka、RabbitMq等消息队列以及Redis、ElasticSearch的使用
5. 熟练使用Linux操作系统，掌握docker容器化操作技术，能独立部署常用服务和项目
6. 工作态度端正，积极主动，责任心强，有良好的沟通能力、抗压能力和协作意识
