岗位职责：
1.深入理解业务，主导架构设计和业务开发工作，解决客户和平台问题；
2、基于 AICoding 工具，深度优化和维护技术框架及开发流程，构建高效的智能编程环境，保证系统稳定及性能。
3、利用 AI 工具辅助完成接口定义、SQL 编写、单元测试生成及代码重构等核心任务，保障业务逻辑的高效交付。
4、广泛应用 claude 、gemini、glm、codex、dify、coze 等主流 AI 编程工具提升开发效率，致力于编写高质量、可维护的代码，并积极推动团队编码规范的演进与*佳实践的沉淀。
5.指导其他研发工程师的开发工作，解决各类技术疑难问题，提升团队整体技术水平；
6.负责代码复审，保证代码质量。
岗位要求：
1.3-5年以上Java后端服务的开发经验，精通Java语言计算机基础扎实；具备全桟交付经验；
2.Java基础扎实，熟悉JVM、多线程、集合等基础熟悉Java应用开发框架（如Spring/Spring MVC/SpringBoot/MyBatis/Hibernate/ElasticSearch/RocketMQ）；
3.熟练使用Mysql/Nosql等数据库及相关工具，熟悉数据库设计规范和Sql优化；
4.具有良好的沟通能力，对技术有激情，喜欢钻研，能快速接受和掌握新技术，有较强的独立、主动的学习能力；
5.熟悉软件技术文档的编写，具备良好的文档编制习惯和代码书写规范；
6.有AI coding开发经验优先。
