一、岗位职责
1、负责公司后端系统的需求分析、设计、开发与维护，保证代码质量与交付效率；
2、参与微服务架构下的接口开发、服务拆分、性能优化等工作；
3、负责业务模块的编码实现、单元测试、问题排查与线上故障处理；
4、参与代码评审、技术方案讨论，持续优化系统架构与开发规范；
5、配合测试、运维、产品等团队，完成需求落地与版本迭代；
6、编写相关技术文档，包括接口文档、设计文档、部署说明等。
二、任职要求
1、计算机及相关专业，统招本科及以上学历，3 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，具备扎实的 Java 基础；
2、熟练掌握 Java 集合、多线程、IO、异常、反射等核心机制；
3、理解 JVM 内存模型、GC 原理，具备基础问题排查能力；
4、熟练使用主流开发框架：Spring、SpringBoot、SpringMVC、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus，了解 SpringCloud 微服务生态优先；
5、熟练使用 MySQL，能编写高效 SQL，熟悉索引优化。了解事务、锁机制、分库分表思想；
6、中间件与缓存：熟练使用 Redis，熟悉常用数据结构与应用场景，了解 RabbitMQ/RocketMQ/Kafka 消息队列使用；
7、熟练使用Maven/Git，了解 Linux 基本操作。了解接口测试、Postman、接口文档工具（Swagger/Knife4j）；
8、有电商、中台、企业管理系统、微服务项目经验优先。
