6. 负责EHS团队组建、培训及绩效管理，推动安全文化建设。
7. 对接应急局、生态环境局、卫健委等监管部门，确保公司合规运营。
8. 审核EHS相关成本，管理环保设施运行及危废处置费用。
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，安全、环境、化工、制药等相关专业。
2. 8年以上化工/制药/精细化工行业EHS经验，其中至少3年以上经理或同等管理岗经验；有制药/研发企业背景优先。
3. 精通安全、环保、职业健康法律法规，熟悉ISO45001、ISO14001体系。
4. 必须持有中级注册安全工程师证书（化工安全方向）。
5. 熟悉高危工艺（氢化、氯化等）及DCS系统安全管控。
6. 具备优秀的领导力、跨部门协调能力及政府公关能力，能独立应对各类检查。
