岗位要求：
1、精通Python编程，熟练掌握微服务架构、RESTful API设计，熟悉高并发、低延迟的系统调优。
2、熟悉掌握消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）及数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis）的集成与优化。
3、深入理解大语言模型底层原理，精通Prompt Engineering（提示词工程）与思维链（CoT）设计。
4、熟练掌握主流Agent开发框架（如LangChain、LangGraph等），具备多智能体协作（Multi-Agent）、任务拆解与规划、Function Calling（工具调用）及记忆管理的实战经验。
5、精通RAG（检索增强生成）技术，熟练使用向量数据库（如Milvus、PgSql等）。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历（计算机、软件工程等相关专业），具备4年以上Python后端或AI应用研发经验。
2、有AI智能体、对话系统或大模型应用的全生命周期开发经验，能主导从需求分析、架构设计到部署上线的全流程。
3、有SUMO交通仿真项目经验的优先考虑。
4、熟悉国产GPU生态或具备模型微调（Fine-tuning/RLHF）经验者优先。
