主要职责：
1.进行质量体系的建立和维护，制定、修订和审核临床试验相关的标准操作规程（SOP），确保 SOP 符合法规要求及行业*佳实践。
2.制定公司内部审计计划，组织执行公司内部审计并撰写审计报告，协助业务部门分析内审问题，并提出持续改进策略。
3. 进行供应商管理，负责对公司的第三方供应商进行调研评估，必要时发起供应商稽查，确保供应商资质合规。
4.组织协调各部门完成监管部门/申办方的稽查，组织整改会议，协助各部门制定整改策略，并跟进稽查后的整改结果，确保整改有效合规。
5.投诉和满意度管理，接收外部投诉并发起投诉的调查和评估，组织完成投诉的处理并跟进处理结果；按计划发起客户满意度调研并对调研结果进行分析。
6.其它质量相关工作，根据业务需求，可能支持的其他质量工作，客户调研问卷的填写；培训讲师支持，行业法律法规的跟踪、收集等。
任职资格：
1.临床医学、药学、护理学等医药相关专业大学本科及以上学历
2.临床试验行业经验5年以上，质量相关经验3年以上
3.有一定的决策判断和组织协调能力，能够推进业务部门质量相关工作
4.工作特征：固定工位，正常工作时间，偶尔加班，无差旅
