主要负责石墨烯材料在建材、个护、洗涤、纺织、汽车领域的应用产品开发，涉及对PVC/PU/PE/PET材料的改性或增强，具有新材料新配方开发的全流程经验和专业技能，带领团队开展材料应用试验、配方调试及性能验证。
（1）制定研发计划、统筹研发流程，主导配方调试、性能优化及产品验证，确保研发产品符合市场及行业需求。
（2）跟进、开发抗菌多功能助剂相关其他应用项目，拓展产品应用场景，对接市场、生产等部门，结合市场需求及生产实际，优化研发方案，推动研发成果量产转化。
（3）统筹研发团队日常工作，分配研发任务、指导团队成员开展研发工作，提升团队研发效率及专业能力，解决研发过程中的核心技术难题。
（4）跟踪国内外抗菌多功能助剂领域的技术动态、行业标准及市场趋势，收集研发相关信息，制定产品迭代及技术创新规划，提升产品核心竞争力。
（5）整理研发数据、编写研发报告及相关技术文档，规范研发管理流程。
（6）完成上级交代的其他任务。
任职要求：
本科及以上学历，高分子材料、化学工程与工艺、应用化学、轻化、材料等化工类相关专业
具有3年以上新产品开发相关工作经验，且具备SMC、橡胶、水泥、阻燃地板、保温板、人造革等产品开发经验，熟悉产品在建材或日护产品任一领域的应用逻辑，有客户技术对接、问题解决相关经验者优先。
具备严谨的工作态度、良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，责任心强，能配合团队完成各项应用开发及技术支持任务
