任职要求：
1.精通 C# 编程语言，能够熟练运用 C# 实现复杂业务逻辑与算法。
2.深度掌握 Unity3D 开发工具，熟悉其引擎架构、组件系统及工作流程，可独立完成项目模块开发。
3.熟悉客户端与服务端网络协议，包括 TCP、UDP、HTTP、WebSocket 等，具备协议开发与调优能力，能确保网络通信的稳定性与高效性。
4.拥有虚拟仿真、VR、MR、AR 相关项目开发经验，对三维场景搭建、交互逻辑设计、性能优化等有实际操作经验。
5.加分项:
（1）熟悉使用 UE 引擎开发 UI，具备跨引擎开发思维与技能者优先。
（2）了解 AFsim 仿真框架，能在项目中灵活运用该框架提升仿真效率者优先。
工作职责：
1.使用 Unity3D 开发工具，负责虚拟仿真项目或数字孪生项目的全流程开发，包括需求分析、方案设计、代码实现及测试优化。
2.完成 Unity 发布后的 WebGL 与 Web 前端页面的集成工作，开发相应功能模块，确保前后端交互流畅。
3.负责客户端在 Windows7 和国产操作系统上的发布与维护，持续进行性能分析与优化，保障客户端在不同系统环境下的稳定运行。
4.主动与团队成员沟通协作，具备良好的沟通表达能力，能独立分析并解决项目需求，推动项目顺利进展等。
