2.具有基本前端开发能力（VUE），清楚如何优化用户体验。
3.掌握数据库设计与优化（MySQL、Oracle 等），熟悉 SQL 调优和事务处理。
4.熟悉 Linux 环境，了解常用命令和服务部署，掌握 Docker/Kubernetes 优先。
5.了解消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）、缓存（Redis）等中间件的使用。
有完整的 ERP/CRM/OA/ 财务系统开发项目经验，熟悉采购、销售、库存、财务等业务流程优先。
6.熟悉完整的项目发布上线流程（如灰度发布、蓝绿部署）、迭代管理（如敏捷开发）及代码管理工作流（如 GitFlow、分支策略、Code Review）。
