岗位职责：
1、通过多渠道进行客户拜访和客户关系维护，包括现场拜访了解客户系统需求、配合销售选择方案、跟进方案复查和项目执行。
2、主持或参与项目引入测试工作。
3、驻客户现场工作，与客户保持密切联系，澄清并支持客户需求。
4、针对现场问题进行技术分析，通过修改测试条件或测试脚本，加快问题复现和问题定位。
5、参与客户关于下一代产品项目和技术定义的讨论。定期与客户保持沟通，组织和协调电话会议、现场会议等。为客户提供高质量的技术支持，与研发团队就客户反馈的深度问题形成有效解决方案。跟踪缺陷并与硬件工程师、固件工程师合作，及时解决问题。
6、工作地区：北京/上海/深圳。
任职要求：
1、本科学历，电子信息或计算机相关专业。有客户端（联合实验室，数据中心，生产测试）工作经验可适当放宽学历要求。
2、善于沟通和客户管理，对 SSD 相关知识有所掌握。包括：PCIE 和NVMe 协议；N闪存的特性和使用；熟悉主流 SSD 市场存储主控厂商和模组厂商产品。
3、能够根据设计原理图、PCB layout 以及标准测试/测量仪器进行故障定位和排除；具备有较强的现场分析和解决问题能力。
4、能够在工作台或客户现场运用常用软件工具、协议分析仪、示波器进行测试和Debug，解决现场问题。
具备以下经验者优先考虑：
• 熟悉存储产品产线流程，有量产经验者；
• 熟悉服务器指令系统及测试、调试工具使用者；
• 有硬件知识和现场硬件技术支持工作经验者；
• 积极上进，具备较强的抗压能力和学习能力。善于自我激励，主动性强，具备独立工作能力和团队合作精神。
• 适应工作不定期出差进行客户支持
