岗位职责
1.业务支撑：对接跨境IT电商核心业务线，提供财务专业支持，参与业务决策、新品上线及供应链优化的财务评估。
2.预算与管控：主导业务线年度、季度预算编制，跟踪预算执行进度，分析差异并提出优化建议，搭建业务财务管控模型，防控经营风险。
3.财务分析：深度分析跨境业务盈利、成本、现金流等核心指标，聚焦SKU毛利、跨境物流成本、汇率波动影响等，支撑业务提效降本。
4.流程优化：联动财务核算、税务及业务部门，优化跨境结算、费用报销、应收应付等流程，适配IT电商高频交易特性。
5. 税务协同：配合税务团队处理跨境业务涉税事项，梳理不同国家/地区税务合规要点，确保业务运营符合当地及国内税务规定。

任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计等相关专业，持有CPA、ACCA等证书优先。
2.3-5年财务BP相关工作经验，有跨境电商（健身品类优先）从业经历，熟悉跨境业务模式、多币种结算及国际财务规则。
3.具备扎实的财务核算、分析及预算管理能力，能从业务视角解读财务数据，提供落地性建议。
4. 熟悉跨境税务合规要点，了解主流跨境平台（如亚马逊、沃尔玛等）财务逻辑，对IT产品供应链、定价机制有一定认知。
5. 熟练使用Excel（高级函数）、财务ERP系统，具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力及问题解决能力。
6. 严谨细致、抗压性强，具备全局思维，能快速适配跨境业务的快速变化。

薪资待遇：7-12K，三节福利，不定期下午茶、团建活动
通勤时间：朝九晚六，双休，节假日按法定，带薪年假
