工作职责：
1. 确定系统架构和技术方案，负责相关模块软件功能开发，接口开发、安装配置及培训等，确保项目按时按质完成。
2. 理解和分析公司的业务需求，确定项目或产品的核心算法、技术框架等。
3. 通过项目进行合理的规划，实现系统的平台化建设。
4. 负责核心技术问题的攻关和系统优化，协助解决项目开发过程中的技术难题
5. 根据产品的收集客户、用户需求与建议，对系统做出有效的调整方案以及维护。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上相关工作经验。
2. 负责过业务流较复杂的项目开发，做过供应链项目，有AI项目及财务项目优先。
3. 熟练掌握常用Java框架，熟悉Redis/消息队列等存储中间件，熟悉分布式、高并发、高可用架构。
4. 熟练掌握MySQL等关系型数据库，并具备一定的SQL调优能力。
5. 具备良好的问题定位分析能力、沟通能力、规划能力、协调能力，能够承受一定的工作压力。
6. 薪酬范围：15-25K
