1、基于采购计划，执行采购任务，统筹和跟进物料的及时交付；
2、供应商的日常管理，与供应商维持健康、良好的商业合作关系，定期组织对供应商进行考核，输出考核结果，并推动供应商绩效提升；
3、持续提升供应商来料质量，及时处理采购异常情况，协调质量对供应商质量问题进行闭环管理；
4、收集、整理市场行情及动态资讯，对供应商进行询价、比价、议价，通过有效的策略和方法，持续降低采购成本；
5、积极开发新供应商，推动供应商资源优化；
6、品类管理，输出各品类采购策略；
7、持续优化采购流程和成本控制；
8、协助采购经理对部门的采购业务进行统筹管理，定期对采购工程师进行相关考核。

任职资格
1、学历：本科以上学历，材料类，电子类，化学类，工业工程、物流管理等相关专业；
2、知识：熟悉计算机办公软件 ( Excel/Word/PowerPoint)以及，ERP等IT系统，熟悉电子元器件市场与采购流程，熟悉机加工工件、钣金件、塑胶件工艺，了解各类材料市场价格行情；
3、经验：5年以上采购工作经验并且带过团队，有大型制造型企业工作履历，电子、仪器仪表行业经验优先；具备独立开发供应商的能力。
4、素质：沟通表达能力、谈判能力、亲和力、逻辑能力、计划能力、协调能力、执行能力强，能承受一定的工作压力
