岗位职责：
1、挖掘并掌握区域内潜在客户资源，制定区域销售策略，开发新客户；
2、严格执行公司的销售政策、规范和制度，确保销售活动符合公司要求；
3、完成区域规定的销售目标、回款目标，并负责本区域历史及当前欠款的催收；
4、合理安排时间及路线拜访客户，及时向销售总监汇报工作进展；
5、在不影响公司利益的前提下尽所能满足客户需求，做顾问式销售员，赢得客户信赖；
6、跟踪区域商务合同的执行效果，包括协调公司物流、安装调试、验收等客户相关工作。

任职资格：
1、统招本科以上学历，营销类或工科专业背景
2、两年以上销售经验，有冶金、石油化工、节能、环保行业工作背景或同类客户群体经验优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
3、性格积极、主动、开朗，善于沟通；
4、能适应经常出差。
