【岗位定位说明】
1、这不是一个传统的销售岗位。我们需要的不单单是是“推销员”，而是懂油气行业的技术型销售。我们不要求您有销售经验——有更好，没有也没关系。我们看重的是：
2、您懂油气行业——熟悉油田/炼化/管网的作业场景与技术难点，理解客户的真实需求
3、、您愿意做销售——有对外沟通的意愿，愿意把技术能力转化为商业价值
4、您有学习能力——气体检测设备的技术原理、行业标准、产品知识，我们可以教
【岗位职责】
1、负责公司气体检测设备在油气行业的推广与销售，面向油服企业、炼化企业、城市燃气公司等目标客户，进行技术交流与方案对接。
2、利用自身对油气行业的理解，协助客户分析气体检测需求，提供专业建议
3、参与招投标项目运作、商务谈判及合同签订（公司提供培训和带教支持）
4、收集并分析市场动态及客户需求，为公司产品迭代提供参考
【任职要求】
1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，仪器仪表、自动化、安全工程、化工、石油工程、机械等理工科专业优先
2、工作经验：2年及以上有油气行业工作经历（油田、炼化、油服、燃气公司、设计院等），从事技术、工程、运维、安全、设备管理等相关岗位或销售相关设备；销售经验不做硬性要求，有意愿转销售即可。
3、能力要求：熟悉油气行业基本业务流程与现场作业环境；具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力；能适应阶段性出差（油田现场、炼化厂区等）；结果导向，有责任心
