1、远程技术指导：提供设备远程技术指导，指导客户进行设备的安装工作，检查并进行系统调试，确保系统工作正常
2、售后现场服务：确有必要现场服务时，明确现场问题，确定原因，制定解决方案和出差计划，协助客户进行设备的正常、安全投运，并完成验收工作，现场服务完成后完成出差总结；
3、客户需求处理：通过客户来电接听或主动电话回访，明确客户反馈问题，简单问题马上处理，疑难问题转接处理，提高客户满意度；
4、质量问题反馈：在售后服务的过程中针对导致客户使用异常的共性问题进行汇总、整理、向内反馈，确定原因及改进措施
5、参与产品维修工作：产品维修、标定、检验，产品检查客户反馈问题，确定原因及维修方案，提供维修报告和合同；
6、领导安排的其他售后服务相关工作

任职资格：
1、学历：本科及以上学历，机电一体化、仪器仪表、自动控制、应用电子、测控技术等相关专业；
2、知识：具备模拟和数字电路基础知识，了解传感器应用、分析和测试方法；
3、经验：2年以上相关行业产品维修/售后服务工作经验，熟悉环保、工业过程；
4、素质：沟通表达能力强，能适应出差，吃苦耐劳，工作细致耐心。
