岗位职责：
1、技术方案与需求分析：根据产品技术方案，深入理解工艺流程、检测点数量及I/O需求；确定系统通信方式（如Modbus、Profibus、4-20mA等），并与机械设计工程师对接机柜、预处理系统及分析仪器的接口条件；
2、电气系统设计及出图：独立完成全套电气图纸设计，包括系统接线图、I/O分配表、回路图、配电图及接地系统图，确保所有图纸符合IEC/GB等专业制图规范；
3、BOM清单制定与管理：负责输出并维护电气BOM清单，涵盖机柜、预处理配件、仪表、取样与校准装置、备品备件及辅材等；协同采购或供应商确认关键外购件品牌、型号与交期，制定替代方案；
4、控制系统编程与开发：编写PLC控制程序，实现采样切换、阀门逻辑、加热冷却、报警联锁等功能；开发HMI触摸屏界面，设计画面布局与权限管理体系，并实施程序版本管理；
5、系统联调与功能验证：组织执行系统内部联调，完成电气回路检查、I/O点对点测试、PLC逻辑验证及HMI画面验证，协同机械与工艺团队进行阀门、泵、加热器等设备联动测试；
6、现场支持与持续改进：收集现场运行数据与问题反馈，分析电气系统失效模式，提出并实施改进方案；持续优化公司电气设计规范，提升系统可靠性及维护效率。

任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、测控技术与仪器等相关专业；研究生学历或“双一流”院校毕业者优先；
2、精通低压配电设计，掌握短路及压降校核；熟悉接触器、继电器、变频器等电机控制元件；
3、熟悉离散量与模拟量I/O模块；掌握Modbus RTU/TCP、Profibus/Profinet、EtherNet/IP、OPC UA等主流工业通信协议的基本原理与组态；
4、能够独立完成断路器、隔离开关、熔断器、电源模块、端子、线槽及电缆的选型，并对其温升、载流能力及短路耐受能力进行匹配计算；
5、具备控制功能设计能力，包括互锁/联锁、急停回路、安全回路（安全继电器或SIL低阶实现）及回路诊断。
