工作职责
1、依照PFMEA，完成CP制定，并按照CP实施生产全过程质量监控；
2、负责新产品试制问题跟踪关闭，试产转量产评审；
3、核对FQC检验数据，指导FQC检验工作；
4、指导IPQC工作，推动6S改善；
5、负责推动生产、工艺、研发等改善生产制程，跟踪制程改善措施的实施关闭；
6、负责产品检验规范、IPQC巡检表、测试记录表等文件编制；
7、对质量报表进行统计分析，并及时上报给部门经理；
8、对成品检验记录资料进行分类、整理、统计。

任职资格
1、学历：本科以上学历，电子、机械相关专业；
2、知识：熟悉应用五大工具（APQP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、PPAP），熟练使用 QC七大手法，熟悉8D Report 编写；
3、经验：三年以上同岗位工作经历，具备电子产品质量工程师工作经验，能进行品质失效性分析，可编写研发品质标准与管理规范文件；
4、素质：沟通表达能力、逻辑能力、计划协调能力、执行能力强，能承受一定的工作压力。
