岗位职责
1.负责公司存储产品（存储卡、U盘、SSD、移动固态硬盘、内存条等）的技术支持工作，解答终端消费者及渠道客户在产品使用、兼容性、性能等方面的技术咨询；
2.配合销售团队，为代理商、经销商等渠道客户提供产品知识培训和技术宣导，帮助渠道客户更好地理解产品特性与应用场景，提升渠道销售转化能力；
3.负责售前客户技术咨询、产品选型建议、兼容性确认，以及售后问题的跟进与闭环处理，确保客户问题得到及时、有效的解决；
4.处理来自终端用户及渠道客户的售后产品问题，对客退品进行失效分析（FA），输出分析报告，并推动内部品质改善；
5.了解市场动态，收集竞品信息及客户对产品的反馈意见，及时反馈至内部产品及质量团队，为产品优化提供数据支持；
6.编写常见问题处理指南、产品使用说明、兼容性列表等技术文档，建立并维护消费端产品知识库，赋能平台及渠道团队；
7.协调内部研发、测试、质量等资源，快速高效解决客诉问题，确保客诉问题100%形成闭环，定期进行案例总结与经验分享；
8.针对重大客诉或渠道客户紧急需求，必要时出差至客户现场提供技术支持和问题排查。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机、自动化等相关理工科专业优先；
2.了解存储产品（如存储卡、U盘、SSD、移动固态硬盘、内存条等）的基本工作原理及主要性能指标；
3.具备一定的计算机硬件基础知识，对PC组装、存储设备安装调试有一定经验者优先；
4.了解主流操作系统（Windows/macOS）及常见设备（相机、游戏机、手机等）对存储产品的兼容性要求；
5.具备故障排查能力，能使用常用测试工具进行问题复现与分析；
6.英语流利，可以作为工作语言。
