岗位职责:
1. 设计、开发和维护高质量的Java应用程序；
2. 与团队成员紧密合作，确保需求的精确性和完整性；
3. 参与测试团队的协作，确保产品的质量和性能；
4. 对现有系统进行优化，提高系统的稳定性和扩展性。

任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，有良好的编程习惯、编码风格，熟练使用重构工具；
2. 熟悉JAVA、J2EE体系结构，掌握Spring Boot、Spring、JPA、Hibernate等开源框架；
3. 熟悉http协议，了解REST API相关设计; 熟悉常用rpc调用框架；
4. 熟悉MySql、Oracle数据库开发，熟练掌握SQL语句，有较好的数据库设计能力，有一定的sql语句调优能力；
5. 熟悉领域驱动设计、了解微服务概念，至少熟悉dubbo、spring cloud之一；
6. 有高并发、高可用系统开发经验；
7. 熟悉常用的Linux命令，及在Linux环境中部署经验；
8. 除Java外，还使用过下列语言者优先（排名不分先后）：Python、Ruby、 Elixir、Kotlin、Groovy、Clojure(Script)、Go、Scala 。
