7、根据工作需要调配服务领班和侍酒员工作岗位，报西餐餐厅经理批准执行。
8、掌握咖啡厅工作情况和有关数据。
9、搞好客人关系，处理顾客投诉。
10、填写服务领班和侍酒员过失单和奖励单，按程序执行奖惩。
11、定期向西餐餐厅经理述职，及时解决下级工作争议。
12、关心咖啡厅所属员工的思想、工作和生活。
任职资格：
1、酒店西餐厅相关工作经验优先；
2、熟悉西餐厅、咖啡厅的服务流程，对吧台出品有一定了解；
3、具备相关的管理经验和管理能力；
4、能对西餐厅、咖啡厅服务员进行培训；
5、热爱酒店行业，有工作责任心。
