工作内容：
1、负责制定并落地公司EHS管理体系（符合汽车行业IATF16949、国家环保/安全法规及客户要求），包括制度修订、流程优化；
2、负责公司安全监督管理工作，监督执行5S管理、安全管理理制度及相关操作规程，分析现场存在的安全管理问题，形成书面监督检查记录。
3、统筹对员工职业健康进行管理，组织员工职业健康体检与防护培训；
4、统筹危固废分类、储存及转移，确保符合环保要求；
5、建立特种设备管理台账，统筹注册登记、定期检验及操作人员培训，完善应急体系，定期组织应急演练；
6、制定年度EHS培训计划，开展安全培训并考核效果；牵头工伤事故调查，制定整改措施并跟踪落实；
7、牵头部门建设及人员培养与考核计划，完善团队职能；
8、负责EHS数据统计与报告，定期汇总安全事故、环保排放、职业健康体检等数据，分析风险并提出改进措施，杜绝重大EHS事故。
完成领导安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程等相关专业优先。
2、5年及以上制造业安全管理经验，熟悉EHS法律法规及体系要求；
3、性格热情，良好的沟通能力，有良好职业道德，结果导向；
4、熟练运用办公软件；
5、有注册安全工程师证书者优先。
