职位描述
1、负责公司核心产品 Android 端的开发、维护与性能优化，确保功能稳定高效交付；
2、参与广告 SDK、聚合平台等核心模块的架构设计与代码实现，支撑业务快速迭代；
3、与产品、后端、测试团队高效协作，完成需求拆解、技术方案制定及落地实施；
4、持续优化 SDK 性能（启动速度、内存占用、卡顿治理、APK 体积），保障用户体验；
5、编写技术文档，参与代码评审，推动团队研发规范与*佳实践的持续演进。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2、具备 3 年以上Android 开发经验，熟练掌握 Kotlin / Java，熟悉 Android Studio 及 Gradle 构建体系；
3、对 Android 系统运行原理有一定了解，包括但不限于：Handler 机制、Binder IPC、AMS / WMS 工作流程、内存管理、渲染管线、电量优化等；
4、具备良好的数据结构与算法基础，熟悉常用设计模式，注重代码质量与工程规范；
5、学习能力强，善于主动钻研，能够快速掌握新框架、新系统特性并应用于业务。

加分项
1、有鸿蒙（HarmonyOS）开发经验，具备多终端适配视野等；
2、有广告 SDK、插件化 / 组件化、性能监控体系相关经验；
