2. 能够独立完成功能模块或小型项目的系统分析、设计，并独立完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量。
3. 理解业务，识别需求，参与架构、系统、分析设计等多领域项目的相关技术的实践、应用和研发。

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年及以上Java相关研发经验。有互联网广告相关开发经验，有高并发编程/响应式编程经验
2. 扎实的Java基础，熟练掌握Java基础技术体系（包括JVM、类装载机制、锁机制，多线程并发、、网络），能编写高质量简洁清晰的代码。
3. 掌握Spring Boot、MySQL、 Redis、ES、Kafka等常用软件框架。
4. 熟悉网络编程，熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉缓存、消息等机制。
5. 熟悉Linux环境和熟练使用常用命令
