职位描述

1、负责广告投放/变现/中控平台后端服务的维护与研发；

2、负责BI相关数据接口的设计与维护；

3、负责对业务需求进行分析，制定功能解决方案，完成离线或实时数据开发；

4、优化相关api的性能和服务器成本，确保系统的高效、稳定运行。

职位要求

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年左右工作经验，有广告行业经验优先；

2、精通python编程语言，掌握常用框架，熟悉后台微服务架构设计，了解docker、k8s、gRPC、服务治理；

3、精通MySQL、Redis、Starrocks等数据库技术，参与数据库设计及优化，确保数据存储的安全性、完整性和高效性；

4、精通大数据研发常见的概念和组件，如StarRocks, Hive, Kafka, Zookeeper等；

5、熟悉Linux环境，具备Shell/Python脚本编写能力，熟悉DevOps/CI/CD自动化部署流程；

6、具备良好的编码风格和文档编写能力，熟悉 Git 版本管理。有Golang/AI/大数据处理经验优先。
