岗位职责：
1、负责各类业务数据（文本、图像等）的标注、分类、清洗与校验，保障数据质量符合模型训练标准，工作环境无网络；
2、借助无编码训练平台完成模型的上传、配置、训练及基础调优，跟进模型训练进度并反馈结果；
3、熟悉Ubuntu/Linux 系统，能够有基本的命令行操作能力；
4、能够使用现有 Python 脚本，能够借助大模型自己生成简单的Python脚本辅助工作；
5、记录数据标注、模型训练过程中的问题与经验，形成基础操作文档，协助团队沉淀工作方法。

任职要求：
1、工科专业统招本科及以上学历，拥有计算机基础，具备数据标注相关实操能力；
2、理解模型训练的基本原理及注意事项，可借助平台完成无编码模型训练操作；
3、掌握基础 Ubuntu、Linux 系统操作技能；具备 Python 脚本基础修改能力；
4、踏实好学，有责任心。此岗位需要在涉密场所进行工作，介意者勿投。
