岗位职责
1、负责总经理出差机酒预定，提前做好准备工作，确保行程高效有序。
2、负责公司招聘全流程管理，包括招聘需求收集、招聘渠道拓展与维护、简历筛选、面试组织、录用沟通及试用期跟进，保障公司各岗位人员及时到位。
3、统筹员工入职、转正、调岗、离职等人事异动手续办理，完善员工人事档案。
4、负责相应公司社保公积金缴纳及考勤管理工作，核对考勤数据。
5、负责公司办公环境维护、办公用品采购与管理，把控采购成本，确保办公用品及时供应。
6、组织协调公司各类会议、活动，包括场地布置、物资准备、人员安排等，确保活动顺利开展
岗位要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，3年及以上人力资源经验；
2、良好的沟通技巧和组织协调能力，细致耐心的工作态度，能够协调各方资源达成目标，富有激情和创造性，以及极好的抗压能力;
