【岗位职责】
1、进度把控：负责后端开发团队管理，制定合理的开发计划，把控项目关键节点，确保后续版本稳定交付；

【任职要求】
1、5 年以上 Java 开发经验，精通多线程、并发编程及 JVM 性能调优，有处理高负载系统的实战经验；
2、必须具备社交类 App相关项目主导经验，熟悉社交业务逻辑与高频交互场景；
3、深度掌握 Redis、MongoDB、MySQL 的使用及优化，具备处理大规模数据存储与访问的能力；
4、精通 Linux 常用命令、Git、Maven 及常用持续集成工具，具备规范的工程化开发习惯；
5、具有 3 人以上带队经验，沟通能力强，具备极强的责任心和抗压能力，追求长期稳定的职业发展。
