职责描述：
1、根据系统定制化需求独立完成功能模块开发与优化、接口设计、单元测试和开发文档编写等工作；
2、解决开发和系统使用过程中遇到的问题，持续的进行代码重构和系统优化，保证系统稳定运行；
3、系统日常维护、支持业务系统使用；
4、具备业务分析能力和自驱力，有责任心；
5、领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历，特别优秀者可适当放宽条件；
2、3年以上java开发相关工作经验；
3、精通java，熟悉掌握SpringCloud等框架，并发包，多线程；
4、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息等机制；
5、熟练使用Linux系统，Git源码管理工具；
6、熟悉前端开发技能js、vue等一种主流框架；
7、熟悉Tomcat、Redis集群、ELK集群的使用；
8、熟悉消息中间件kafka；
9、能够进行系统安装部署并解决日常运行问题；
10、熟练运用MySQL等数据库开发技术及相关工具，熟练掌握数据库表结构设计原则和SQL优化；
11、有做过个人信贷不良资产业务相关系统优先、有熟悉或研究过项目系统源码的优先。
