1、计算机相关专业毕业，5-10年实际Python开发工作经验，有 flask/fastapi 框架、关系数据库(mysql/postgresql) 、redis 相关的开发经验；
2、基本功扎实，熟练掌握常见的数据结构和算法，有较强的编码能力，了解Linux；
3、精通Python开发，熟练掌握多线程、多进程、协程技能，熟悉面向对象编程，网络编程等；
4、熟练使用flask 和fastapi 开发框架，能独立完成中小型项目功能后端开发；
5、工作热情高，积极主动完成交付的任务，具有良好的团队合作精神；
6、熟悉Nginx，熟悉中间件；
7、精通面向对象的分析与设计，精通设计模式；
8、有激情，有创造力，喜欢研究新技术，沟通能力良好。
