岗位职责：
1.负责公司NGS解读平台建设的业务规划、需求调研与阶段目标拆解，结合实际项目确定平台建设边界；
2.负责整合试剂盒研发、生物信息、开发、运维、医学支持等多方需求，统一需求优先级、验收标准和试点范围；
3.负责业务流程梳理与方案设计；
4.负责跨部门沟通协调，组织需求评审、阶段评审和上线验收，推进项目按计划落地；
5.跟踪平台试点运行效果，持续优化产品方案，支撑后续向更多NGS项目扩展；
6.配合管理层完成平台建设方案、资源评估、里程碑规划和阶段复盘等工作。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，生物、医学、检验、药学、生物信息、产品管理等相关专业优先；
2.3年以上医疗、IVD、分子诊断、NGS、生物信息平台、医疗信息化产品或项目相关经验；
3.具备较强的需求分析、业务抽象、产品规划和验收管理能力，能够独立推进复杂项目落地；
4.具备较强的跨部门协同和沟通能力，能够高效对接业务、研发、生信、运维等团队；
5.具备良好的逻辑分析能力和文档输出能力，能独立撰写需求文档、流程文档和汇报材料；
6.具备较强的责任心、推进力和结果导向意识，能够在资源有限情况下完成需求取舍和项目推动；
7.熟悉医疗信息化、LIS、解读系统、知识库等相关系统者优先。
