1、主导公司核心业务场景的AI Agent项目方案设计，编码，运维落地迭代；
2、负责AI中台的产品规划，架构规划，迭代原有dify任务；深度参与AI与业务系统的高度融合，负责架构演进和工程化高代码平台落地；
3、持续探索AI前沿技术与法律法规合规要求。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机，数学，人工智能相关专业，1-5年及以上python开发经验；
2、深入理解LLM与Agent产品形态，具备中台或平台型产品的规划和落地能力；
3、理解前后端、网络层、服务层、应用层、数据层协作关系；
4、熟悉LLM应用开发，对提示词，RAG，function call，mcp，向量数据库，上下文管理，langchain有实际经验或系统性理解思考；
5、思维敏捷，具有良好的逻辑思维，能发现，分析，快速合理化解决问题能力。
