岗位职责
1.产品上架与维护：负责新品上架，优化Listing文案与图片；定期维护老链接，提升产品曝光与转化。
2.日常运营管理：处理每日订单，高效回复客户邮件，妥善解决售前售后问题；配合团队处理账号日常事宜，确保合规运营，防范风险。
3.数据分析与规划：定期统计销售数据，分析竞品动态，制定合理的备货与推广计划，对销售目标负责。

任职要求
1.有跨境运营经验优先，可接受无经验、优秀应届毕业生。
2.英语CET-4以上，或者有德语、法语相关语言证书。（硬性要求）
3.性格开朗稳重，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
4.有清晰的职业规划，目标感强。
5.能承受旺季工作压力，适应多品类运营的挑战。

1、薪资:底薪+绩效+提成(视个人能力而定);
2、工作时间:9:00-12:00,13:30-18:30(双休)。
